Return Period
You can return or exchange an item within seven (7) days as per Russia's law on consumer rights protection.
Returns & Replacements
The item being returned or exchanged must be in perfect condition. We do not accept items being returned that are used and/or damaged. Furthermore, the returns must feature all the original labels.

If the item is of due quality, shipping fees for returns and replacements must be paid at your expense.

If you return a defective, wrong or extra item, you will first have to send it at your own expense, and then you'll be refunded the full postage cost.

Shipping Guidelines
Для того, чтобы отправить товар в магазин, пожалуйста:

  • Use our feedback form.
  • In the case of a replacement, please indicate the model and/or size. It is highly recommended to call us to book a replacement to make sure the items are in stock and will not be sold out. We will send it to you as soon as we receive and process your return application. When you contact our Returns Center, please indicate your order No., an item that you want to return and a replacement in the right colour and/or size.
  • Pack your item(s) in a box with the application and send your item with any shipping company, including Russian Post, to our warehouse: 127238 1 Ilmensky Proezd, blg 5, Moscow, Russia
It is recommended to use shipment tracking to stay on top of your returns. Please keep your tracking number to follow its shipping route.
Refunds
it can take up to 3-10 business days for us to process your return. Once we process it, you will receive an e-mail confirming that processing has been completed. Once we issue your refund, it may take several business days for your funds to be made available in your card account and depends on your financial institution.
